Shipduo is a one stop shop for everything needed for both LTL and Parcel shipping. Everything is very intuitive and easy to find. The dashboard is self-explanatory and makes it easy to track all packages.
Also, their customer service alone might make the price worth it. Every issue/kink we have had has been tackled same day, or at the very latest next day. Even some of the more complex shipping rules we needed, Shipduo has made easy with their dev team. No rule is too much with Shipduo.
We were an early adopter of Shipifi and we've been so impressed with the software and team from the jump. They spent so much time with us early on understanding our business & needs and have done everything they can to support us. They've even done some custom dev work for us. The platform has only gotten better with time. If you need an LTL freight tool that integrates seamlessly with your store, look no further! Shipduo has streamlined our entire shipping process. The UI is incredibly intuitive, generating quotes faster than our usual freight forwarder at comparable rates.
